"Staying here was a dream. This might be one of the nicest AirBnB's in the entire Philippines. It's secluded and serene, looks just like the photos (and even has an outdoor gym that I don't remember seeing in the photos!), and is nearby to the main Moalboal attractions (Sardine run, etc). Best of all was Don, who managed the booking day-to-day during our stay. He is close by, very responsive, and makes the whole experience super smooth. He organised our Kawasan Falls and Sardine Run trips, booked and sourced our rental scooter, and drove to pick up our takeout meals and delivered them directly to us so we didn't have to leave."

"The villa is truly amazing! Really made the long drive from Cebu airport worth it when we arrived! We were a party of four & there was so much space! Everything was so clean & modern. There were loads of hang out areas around the villa & in the garden. The host was really helpful & arranged our transport for us from the airport & the cost was cheaper than most online vendors. Also helped us organise trikes when we needed them & with booking our Canyoneering trip (which is a must) thank you! The villa comes equipped with everything you need & has loads of nice touches, games, coffee maker, menus for local restaurants, water cooler, electric toilet (felt like I was in Japan!)."

"Property is gorgeous, luxurious and a well-thought out functional oasis. The host was present upon arrival and toured the property and pointed out the many amenities- including pick-up and delivery of food! Perfect for entertaining with or without kids. Will try to stay only here anytime we're back in the area. Only thing that could make this place better is a water view or closer proximity to town, but it's definitely close enough to be convenient."

"There are no words to describe how blown away we were by Sandra's oasis. It was so much better than even the pictures and had everything you could possibly want to feel at home and happy, including a gym, jacuzzi, pool, and bbq area. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were so many nice extra touches like the basket of fruit, games, full water bottle, and upscale coffee maker. Sandra and Don even went out of their way to find fresh veggies, meat, fish, and cold beer on January 1st so we could grill when lots of things were closed. We never wanted to leave."

"Excellent stay. Don was a fantastic host - arranging transport, organising a superb canyoneering trip and even getting a cake for a birthday celebration. The villa has everything you could need with great attention to detail. The villa is a little away from the nearest town, restaurants and bars but it is easy to get there by tricycle or by foot."

"The place is absolutely gorgeous. As you come in through the large front gates, it's like your own private secret paradise. Really loved the large garden area, with jacuzzi. Rooms and beds are so comfortable. The place is absolutely stunning at night once lit up. A really fun and peaceful place to stay with friends and family."

"A brand new beautiful villa with so many thoughtful extra touches that made our stay perfect. It has a nice pool which is not too deep so Filipinos also enjoy to swim in it, a jacuzzi, heated toilet seats with remote operated bidets. There are several seating areas so your family can spread out, and there's space in the garden to play sports like volley ball or corn hole (which the property provided). The beds are comfortable and luxurious and the ACs are perfectly cold. I can't recommend this place enough, we'll be back for sure!"

"This was one of the best Airbnbs we ever stayed and we have done airbnb's in more than 25 countries. Everything was well maintained, clean and functional. The place is ideal for a group of friends or family. The place is close to moalboal main city, sandra and don were very responsive. They helped us arrange scuba and the kawasan waterfall."
