Payment & Cancellation Policies
Payment Terms
To secure your direct booking, we require a 50% deposit due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 day(s) before arrival.
We accept payment via credit card through our secure Stripe payment gateway.
Your payment information is securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
Important: The payment company displayed on your credit card statement will be "Kaivoro LLC".
Security Deposit
No security deposit is due.
However, guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Please treat our property with care.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
We understand plans can change, but to maintain our booking schedule, we have a strict cancellation policy.
In special circumstances, we may offer to reschedule your stay to another available date as a courtesy, but this is at our discretion and subject to availability.
